I had a wonderful experience, very friendly and easy to talk to. It was my first time and I was made to feel so welcome and at ease. Every step was explained to me and recommendations were given but not forced. I was asked for what I wanted and any ideas and was also given suggestions so that I ended up with a beautiful set of Christmas nails - super grateful and can’t wait to go back.

I went to Laila for the first time and honestly couldn’t be happier. I didn’t even realise how damaged my nails were from a previous nail tech, but she took the time to explain everything properly and showed me exactly what the issues were. She recommended starting a BIAB journey to get them healthy again, which I really appreciated. She carefully checked whether my nails would be okay for a full acrylic set since I’m going on holiday, and somehow managed to sort them out and give me the loveliest set of nails. They look amazing and feel so much better already. Next time I’ll definitely be starting my BIAB journey with her to get my nails back on track. So glad I found her — highly recommend! 💅✨
